(H) Thriving as a Pharmacy Preceptor: Strategies for Well-being and Fulfillment


The long-term goal is to use Working Genius to equip healthcare professionals to create balance in their work by identifying and maximizing the Working Geniuses of themselves and others. The overall objective of this research project, which is the next step towards achievement of our long-term goal, is to implement and assess the impact of a Working Genius preceptor development activity.
